BitHub workflow

• Users start at the BitHub landing page (bithub.cs.hofstra.edu)
• New clients and contributors register through the Qualtrics "BitHub registration" survey.
• New proposals are submitted via Google Forms through the "BitHub project submission" form.
• Proposals submitted through the "BitHub project submission" form are emailed to bithub@hofstra.edu, an Office 365 group, where they are distributed to the core BitHub contributors and advisors.
• Contributors internally discuss the prospects of project submissions in the BitHub Slack team.
• Contributors, advisors, and clients collaborate on projects through OpenProject.
